Installment Information
Good floor doesn¡¯t mean you can enjoy it thoroughly in the life, so the installment is very important. According to our practical experience, we recommend you to take the way of applying wood joists. The detailed steps are as follows:

1. Only after the other decoration is finished can the installment be done.
2. Before installment, make the concrete slabs clean, ensuring it even and dry. Get the boards to sit inside your home for at least three days to acclimate to the conditions.
3. Get professional installer to install the floorings. Otherwise we can¡¯t guarantee the problems from the improper installment.?
4. Place one layer of moisture-proof film, the joints of which should be stuck by adhesive strap, while the part of which against the wall should be extended 10 cm upwards.
5. Lay out the wood joists. The joists must be dry, with the moisture content of no more than 12%, and the layout of the joists should be even and firm. Fix the joists with deck screw. The joists spacing should be not more than 350mm, the distance from its end to wall should be 10mm. It is better to add a layer of plywood on it, the moisture of which is either not more than 12%.
6. Place the floorings vertical to the joists. Drill the hole in the wood joists and then fix with deck nail.
7. The flooring material is natural timber, which all has different texture and color. But you can lay out them compatibly.

Care and Maintenance

1. After the installment, please keep the room ventilated, otherwise there will appear deformation. Don¡¯t cover PVC or newspaper on the flooring.
2. Keep the floor clean. For the dirt or grit, use moist cloth nearly dry to wipe them away. Don¡¯t apply the corrosive liquors like acid or alkali, as well as gasoline or high-temperature water.
3. Keep the floor dry to avoid water, rain and moisture. If water is poured onto it, must wipe with dry soft cloth, and then don¡¯t get the object in high temperature on it, preventing the distortion. But can turn on the air conditioner.
4. Eliminate the direct sunlight ASAP to avoid the coasts aged in advance. Don¡¯t put the burnt cigarette or match on the floor.
5. Don¡¯t push or pull the furniture or heavy things firmly, should move them above the flooring. Avoid the scratches from the hard and sharp object.
6. Apply special wax to the flooring every some time. Clean the floor, and use the wax evenly, after a while, wipe the flooring to and fro until it become bright and smooth.

Important notice:
Don¡¯t apply the normal solid wood flooring in the kitchen, toilet room, or outdoors ground, if need, please use the special anti-erosion floorings.

3. Generally you can directly take out the flooring from the packing box and lay out. But in high-temperature and wet-air location, we must open the packing and put it inside home for at least one day to acclimate to the conditions.
4. Get professional installer to install the floorings. Otherwise we can¡¯t guarantee the problems from the improper installment.
5. Place one layer of moisture-proof film, the joints of which should be stuck by adhesive strap, while the part of which against the wall should be extended 10 cm upwards.
6. Lay out the flooring on the moisture-proof film, if add wood joists and plywood, it will has the same feeling as the solid wood flooring. The joists must be dry, with the moisture content of no more than 12%, and the layout of the joists should be even and firm. Fix the joists with deck screw. The joists spacing should be less than 350mm, the distance from its end to wall should be 10mm.
7. If need joists or plywood, place the floorings vertical to the joists. Drill the hole in the wood joists and then fix with deck nail.
8. The pattern of the laminate flooring is beautiful with little difference in color and texture for better display effect.
